Meet the Team

Bianca Wilson

Registered Manager
Bianca joined Quinnell House in 2017. Bianca has worked in Health and Social care since 2005 and has gained a wealth of experience. Bianca wants to create a homely space for her residents to live in, always thinking of ways in which to improve their daily lives and surroundings. To ensure their safety and well being and allowing each person to have choice, dignity and a high standard of care.

Bianca holds a NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care as well as ILM 5 Diploma in Business Management and Leadership. She encourages her staff to continuously develop and believes that in creating an environment where everyone matters, is listened to and has a voice you have a positive culture at work.

Outside of work she enjoys gardening, reading and spending time with her husband and daughter. She loves animals and has a cockapoo called Teddy, a cat called Kitty Kit and a pond full of fish!

Tabitha Watson

Deputy Manager
Tabitha joined the Team at Quinnell in 2019. Tabitha has an extensive background in Domiciliary care and has spent the last few years at Quinnell sharpening her skills in Residential care. Tabitha is has achieved her NVQ level 4 in Health and Social Care.

Tabitha strives to improve her skillset and expand her knowledge base, so is continuously attending workshops and training to help her with this. She is a natural problem solver and will ensure that each residents wellbeing and safety is of paramount importance to the staff.

Outside of work she enjoys reading and crafting. She spends time with her husband and daughter as well as her dachshund called Buster as well as a cat itchy.

Paula Atkins

Night Team Leader
Paula has been part of the team at Quinnell since 2016. Paula is responsible for the smooth running of the night team. Paula has a very direct approach to ensuring staff always work in the resident’s best interest. Her love and genuine care for each of our residents has helped shape so many of our amazing care staff.

Paula has a wealth of experience and is a certified Moving and Handling trainer. She attends training with enthusiasm always willing to learn and give valuable input.
Outside of work Paula enjoys spending time with her partner, children and grandchildren.

Summa Whitmarsh

Day Team Leader
Summa joined our team in 2021, she has always been a hard worker and has the residents best interest and well being at the fore front of everything she does.

Summa started on Housekeeping as a part time job while she was at college and then moved to our care team and worked very hard to become a Senior and now Team Leader. Summa is currently working on her NVQ 4 in Adult Social Care. She continuously wants increase her knowledge base and career progression. Summa lives with her partner and in her spare time enjoys travelling and seeing new places. She loves dogs and has cat called Molly.
