A Message from Bianca
Summer has well and truly been blown away. We are getting ready to celebrate Harvest and Autumn as our themes this month. Sophie has taken over activities and is full of new ideas and exciting plans.
We have changed our layout in the hub to accommodate visits now that the weather is changing. We as a home feel it is beneficial for visits to continue as we can see the added benefit to our residents. We will sanitise this room between visits.
We ask that you follow the government guidelines so we can continue to offer visits with your loved ones.
We have allocated two slots per day Mon- Sat one at 11:00 and one at 14:00. This will allow for more families to visit. Please be aware that we are only allowing three visitors per visit, and we ask you comply with temperature checks and a short questionnaire beforehand.
The Hairdresser will continue to visit on Wednesday. We are heading into Flu season and in light of the current situation these are very important. We will be contacting you in course of the next week to gain your consent for these to be given. If you do not wish your loved one to receive this vital vaccination please let us know.
Everything we do, we do with continuous love and commitment to your loved ones.
Prompt payment via Cheque or Bank Transfer to the usual account will be most appreciated.

This month we have a few new members of staff that has started with us, welcome to Louise, Tina and Bill that are joining our Care team. Chelsie is now part of our Senior team and Danny our new Chef. We’re sure they will be very happy here and become valued members of our team.
